Immersion Corporation Licenses Technology to HT Medical Systems Inc. SAN JOSE, Calif. Dec. 9, 1999--Immersion Corporation, (Nasdaq:IMMR) the technology innovator and market leader of sensory feedback technology, announced today a licensing agreement with HT Medical Systems, Inc., the leading developer of medical simulation equipment.

HT Medical has integrated Immersion's technology into their medical simulation equipment to provide a more realistic training experience for medical professionals. Immersion's patented technology has been integrated into the PreOp(TM) Endoscopy Simulator, and CathSim(TM) intravenous training system.

Tactile realism provides life-like medical simulation, which enhances the way health care providers learn invasive procedures.
